Azurdey turned 4 years old this year. She loves that her birthday is on the Fourth of July. She loves all the fireworks and the added excitement and festivities of the day. After we got back from camping we celebrated her birthday. She wanted a princess castle cake this year.
She was excited to have her cousins here for her special day. Vicki and Rob's families and Grandma and Grandpa Hyde came over for birthday and fireworks.
She was very happy to get a new bike so that she could ride around with the big kids. She specifically requested it to be princess or barbie, if she were to get one. And for our 'pink girl' it also was requested to have pink (strawberry) cake.
The kids really got into the firecrackers and bottle rockets. I missed getting a picture of it but Azurdey learned how to light bottle rockets by herself. Not quite sure how I felt about that one :) It was pretty crazy with all the kids and firecrackers but Ger did a good keeping everyone going.
The little snappers are always a hit. Talon loved throwing them at everyone (big surprise there). Wonder where he got that from? (See above) It was fun to have a bunch of family around to share the day with. Thanks everyone.
